A Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Pinterest Scheduler
Logging into social media every day to post is EXHAUSTING! Thankfully, Pinterest created a scheduling tool so you can batch create your content and schedule them out up to 2 weeks in advance. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use the Pinterest scheduler:
Log in to your Pinterest account and click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on "Create" and then "Create Pin" to create a new pin or select an existing pin from your boards.
3. To schedule more than 1 pin ahead of time, click the top left “+” button.
4. Choose the board you want to schedule your pin to by clicking on the down arrow next to "Publish".
5. In the scheduling window, choose the date and time you want your pin to be published. You can schedule up to two weeks in advance.
6. Once you've chosen the date and time add your pin graphic, title, pin description, alt text, & destination link. Don’t forget to add your keywords!
7. You can view your scheduled pins by clicking on your profile picture and then clicking on "Publishing Tools."
8. You can edit or delete your scheduled pins by clicking on the three dots next to the pin and selecting "Edit" or "Delete."
The Pinterest scheduler is helpful for anyone who wants to keep a consistent presence on Pinterest, but doesn’t have the time to log in and publish content manually everyday.
